Shipping Policy

We want your DIEZ order to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the date of purchase. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed due to carrier delays outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination. We periodically offer free standard shipping promotions — check the site or your email for current offers.


Fulfillment Partners

Some orders may be fulfilled by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) or another third-party logistics provider. Your order confirmation and shipping notification will reflect the carrier used. The product you receive will be identical regardless of fulfillment source.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us at help@one-nano.com immediately — we can only make address corrections before your order enters fulfillment.


Shipping Restrictions

  • Alcohol Content Notice: DIEZ tincture contains 38.46% alcohol by volume Apothecary Strength. Shipping to certain states or jurisdictions may be subject to additional restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that receiving this product complies with your local laws.
  • We do not currently ship internationally. International shipping availability may be added in the future.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for orders requiring a signature.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members.
  2. Check for a carrier notice or secondary delivery attempt notice.
  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
  4. If the issue is unresolved, contact us at help@one-nano.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend shipping to a secure location.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and contact us at help@one-nano.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
