At DIEZ, we stand behind the quality of every bottle we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.


30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order. If you are unsatisfied with your DIEZ purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund of the product purchase price within 30 days of your delivery date.

The guarantee applies to:

  • First-time orders only (one refund per household)
  • Purchases made directly through diezmushrooms.com

The guarantee does not apply to:

  • Orders placed through third-party retailers (Amazon, etc.) — please follow the return policy of the platform where you purchased
  • Shipping costs, which are non-refundable
  • Orders beyond 30 days of the delivery date

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at help@one-nano.com within 30 days of your delivery date.
  2. Include your order number and a brief description of your experience.
  3. We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
  4. You do not need to return the product to qualify for the satisfaction guarantee refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no charge to you — regardless of the 30-day window — provided you:

  1. Contact us at help@one-nano.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging.

We will ship a replacement or issue your refund within 3–5 business days after we verify your claim.


Orders Placed in Error

If you contact us before your order ships, we will do our best to cancel or modify your order. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In that case, the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies upon delivery.


Subscription Orders

If you are enrolled in a subscription, you may cancel at any time before your next scheduled billing date to avoid future charges. Refunds for already-processed subscription orders follow the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee policy above.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
