DIEZ tincture contains 38.46% alcohol by volume Apothecary Strength. Pricing Errors

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date by managing your subscription in your account settings or by contacting help@one-nano.com. Cancellations take effect for future billing cycles; we do not issue refunds for the current billing period unless required by law.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations.

You agree to waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
